Golf Fitness – Get Ready For The New Season
James Geldard-Williams, our newest Wellness Advisor, has a huge interest in sports specific styles of training, which has seen him giving training tips and advice to athletes from several sports.
Recently James has completed his Golf Fitness Specialist qualification which means his expertise has increased to include additional knowledge and tools to help golfers improve their mobility & co-ordination which in turn will translate into improving golf performance.
