Welcome to February Already!
Well 2019 has started the same way as 2018 finished….. too fast! February already! I hope all the resolutions you made in January are still going strong but if you are starting to lose motivation please get up to the gym before you give up completely and spend some time with the Wellness team who are great at motivating even the most lack lustre amongst us.
We have just celebrated Burns Night with a great Ceilidh band and the feedback from those who attended has been excellent ~ although it’s a little worrying to find out how many people apparently don’t know their left from their right and can’t count in time to the music!!!
Whatever your favoured form of exercise – classes, golf, gym or Scottish dancing! Tt’s all good for you so don’t stop just if the weather turns colder and wetter.
