12 Days Of Christmas fitness challenge






On the first day of Christmas my trainer gave to me…

1   Burpee

2   Push Ups

3   Box Jumps

4   TRX Rows

5   Reverse Crunches

6   Mountain Climbers (per side)

7   Lunge Jumps (per side)

8   Shoulder Taps (per side)

9   Star Jumps

10 Tricep Dips

11 Plank To Push Up

12 Kettlebell Swings


You could start exactly like this – so on the first day you do 1 burpee; on the second day you do 2 push ups and 1 burpee, and so on…..but that would be really easy!

So here’s the challenge, you start the song from the twelfth day…..12 kettlebell swings, 11 plank to push ups etc all the way down to that one little burpee.

You can do this challenge at home and try and better your time each time – or come and do it in the Gym and record your time. There are prizes for the fastest male and female!
