Ho ho hope you’re all ready for the big day! – GM report

Not only have we loads of activities planned leading up to Christmas and the New Year but we also have events planned for the start of 2019.

If you have children and would like to fit in a few gym sessions or classes you will be pleased to know the Crèche will be open from 9.00am – 1.00pm over the Christmas period and during this time we will be running lots of activities for children aged 4 years – 11 years.

Activity sessions are £12.00 for members and £16.00 for non members and can be booked at Reception (places are limited so check out the timetable today)

You will have already planned Christmas but have you thought about New Years Eve yet?  This year we are holding a Glitter Gala Evening to celebrate the start of 2019 and whilst places are going fast there are a few seats left if you fancy celebrating with great friends, great food and a great atmosphere.

With the New Year comes New Year Resolutions – generally getting fit, learning new fitness techniques to get fitter, changing eating habits and even to start training for a challenge you signed up for in a moment of festive food and drink filled madness!  The gym team are here to make sure you fulfill all your targets and help you make 2019 your best year yet.

Reviews and inductions are, as expected, very busy at the beginning of January so why not contact them now and book for start of the month and make that commitment to get a new programme for the start of the new year.

If you are golfer make sure you take advantage of some great group coaching sessions and even treat yourself to some lessons to make sure your golf continues during the winter and you are ready for the next season.

To help plan your visits this years Christmas opening hours and timetable are available from Reception.

Oh and make sure you visit the shop to find those last minute stocking fillers too!

Have a wonderful Christmas and I look forward to seeing you in 2019
