Stretch of the month – Half Lord of the Fish
Try the “Half lord of the fish” stretch:
1) Seated on the floor keep the right leg straight and cross the left leg over. The left foot should be on the floor by the right knee.
2) With the right hand, grab the left knee and pull it towards the right side. Turn your shoulders to the left side at the same time you pull your knee.
3) Repeat to the other side.
