September 2019 clubbercise 1

The new Class timetable was released on 9th September.  Please check the notice boards for any time changes.

I hope you are enjoying the new classes we have added but if you haven’t had a chance to try them yet here are the details:

Tuesday 11.30am-12.15pm – Body Conditioning with Sue in Studio 1
Wednesday 8.45am-9.30am – Clubercise with Hannah in Studio 1
Wednesday 12.45pm-1.30pm – Low Energy Group Cycle with Vicky
Thursday 7pm-8.00pm – Yogalates with Nicky in Studio 2
Friday 8.30am-9.15pm – Pound with Vicky in Studio 1

Muscle of the Month

Each month we are focusing on a major muscle to help you understand anatomy and muscle actions to give you a greater understanding of the programs created for you by the Wellness Team.

This month – the upper back muscles – TRAPEZIUS, LEVATOR SCAPULA, RHOMBOIDS MAJOR & MINOR, LATISSIMUS DORSI – find out where they are, what they do, how to protect them and how to make them work more effectively by checking out our information board.

There is also a great challenge to take part to see how well yours are working!
