Tickets
Please ensure your group arrives in 1 car. Remember to bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival at the gate. This is strictly a ticketed event. No tickets can be purchased on the evening. The doors open at 6pm and fireworks at 7:30pm.
Outdoor Event
The event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately. We advise bringing raincoats just in case the British weather lets us down! No umbrellas will be permitted due to restricting the view for other guests.
Vehicle Sharing/ Parking
Your group must arrive in 1 car due to limited parking. Once on site please follow the directions from the Site Safety Marshals.
Payments
Some food and beverage, the glow stall, bouncy castle and face painting payments will be cash payment only.
Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed. There will be a variety of food stands and an inside and outside bar where tea, coffee and other refreshments will be available as well.
Sparklers/Fireworks
In the interest of safety, external use of either sparklers or fireworks is not permitted and anyone found using them will be kindly asked to leave.
