This is a great stretch for your back, and opens up your chest too.
Grab a small bender ball and foam block.
Rest your head on the block and place the bender ball in between your shoulder blades.
Lay down with your legs straight and together, then open up your arms in a crucifix position and do your best to let them touch the ground.
Hold stretch for 10 – 30 seconds depending on how comfortable you are with it.
